Esmee brings over a decade of legal and operational leadership to MN Fund. With a Master's in Private Law and senior experience at international firms, she has served as CEO of multiple crypto startups, leading strategy and operations. At MN Fund, she combines legal expertise with day-to-day management, keeping the fund aligned with regulation and operational standards.
Investment Manager
Michaël is a crypto analyst and entrepreneur with more than eight years of market experience. He has founded several ventures and built a reputation for clear market analysis. With a degree in economics from the University of Amsterdam, he leads investment direction at MN Fund and oversees disciplined execution of the strategy.
Portfolio Manager
Jeremy has over eight years of experience in digital assets across trading, tokenization, and product development. He has led startups focused on alternative assets. At MN Fund, he manages trading strategies and capital deployment, with a focus on agile execution within the fund's risk framework.
MN Fund was founded by Michaël van de Poppe and Esmee Sikkens, combining market analysis and trading experience with legal and executive leadership in scaling blockchain ventures.
Together with Portfolio Manager Jeremy Kadouch, whose background spans altcoin strategies and tokenized asset development, we form a focused team. Our shared commitment is to work in digital markets with integrity, discipline, and a long-term perspective.

Through MN Fund, investors get managed exposure to liquid digital assets, guided by market experience and a defined risk framework. We are registered with the Dutch AFM under the AIFMD-light regime (registration 50036997) and based in Amsterdam. This registration does not mean we are regulated by the AFM.
